濟南家政介紹月子餐禁忌
孕婦吃好月子餐是非常重要的,孕婦在生產(chǎn)之后,能夠及時(shí)補充營(yíng)養,促進(jìn)體力恢復,也有利于母乳喂養,對母親和孩子都是很重要的。但是月子餐有些是需要避免的,下面濟南我愛(ài)我家的有關(guān)月嫂就給大家總結一下。
1、濟南家政提醒大家月子期間忌食寒涼生冷食物,不利于惡露的排出和淤血的去除。

2、忌食辛辣刺激性食品,如辣椒,易加重氣血虛弱,并致便秘。

3、忌食酸澀收斂食品,如烏梅、蓮子、柿子、南瓜等,以免阻滯血行,不利于惡露排出。

4、忌食過(guò)咸食品,易致水腫。但也不可忌鹽,因產(chǎn)后尿多、汗多。

6、濟南家政提醒大家月子期間忌食過(guò)飽,因為產(chǎn)婦胃腸功能較弱,過(guò)飽會(huì )妨礙其消化功能。產(chǎn)后應做到少食多餐,每天可進(jìn)食5-6次。
